Its been quite a while I updated what is happening to the babies. Its their 23rd week last Thursday. Felin started to show stretch marks on her tummy and she is quite disappointed about it. Her tummy is definitely big for a 23 weeks pregnant woman. We met another lady conceiving twins at 23rd week as well during our antenatal class and her tummy is just as big. I see those with single babies, their tummy are just quite small.
I asked Felin recently whether she hope the babies will be out soon and her reply is "Yes". I asked why and she said, its because there will be many people sharing the burden when they are out. At the moment, she is the only one carrying the burden. What a reason. Haha... By the time they are out, we will surely have a "Good Time"... I'm certainly not ready yet...
So what is happening at week 23?

At eight inches and slightly over a pound, this week marks the beginning of some serious weight gain. Your baby should double his weight over the next four weeks alone (and you may feel as though you do, too). His skin is a bit saggy since it grows a lot faster than fat — but soon he’ll start to fit his frame as fat deposits fill things out. By the time your baby is born, he or she will be pleasantly plump and filled out, from chubby cheeks to chubby toes. And although at 23 weeks pregnant your baby's organs and bones are visible through his skin (which has a red hue due to developing veins and arteries beneath), he'll become less transparent once those fat deposits settle in. Its the size of a small papaya now...

A pound is about 450gm. but my babies are already 509gm more than a week ago. They seems to be oversized... Felin is quite worried about their size actually. She is bound to ask Dr Su about it during our next visit on 7th Oct.
Oh ya. I also like to mention that I felt the babies kick last Thurs when I put my hand on Felin's tummy. Its the first time feeling these kicks on my birthday when they are 23rd week. I think the kicks will start getting more frequent and harder soon. Both the babies don't get too naughty.
