If you want to be a leader, here are four things you should not do!

 Hi boy,

I came across a Facebook reel, and I wanted to record it because it really resonated with me. It reflects something that has been deep in my heart and my fears for both of you.

These are not just words that I'm sharing with you. They are reminders that I need for myself as well.

The article says...

If you want to raise leaders, not followers, these are the 4 things I never allow in my home:

1) Follow the crowd just to fit in
Teach them to think, not copy. Leaders do not blend in. They stand on what they believe

2) Speak negatively about themselves
Their identity is being built in every word they say. What they repeat becomes what they believe.

3) Avoid Responsibility
Confidence is not built through comfort. It is built through ownership, contribution, and follow-through.

4) Quit when things feel hard
Those are the exact moments that build resilience. If they learn to push through, they learn they are capable of anything.

Leaders are not born.
They are built on the small, daily standards you hold at home.

This is not about control.
It is about guidance, structure, and showing them what they are capable of.

You are not raising a child to be liked by the world. You are raising a child to lead in it.

I seriously hope you guys will be leaders with resilience and not merely followers who give up with the slightest challenge.
